Turn Physical Situations Into Your Advantage

About Body Checking Camp
RHA Body Checking Camp gives players the tools to play physical with purpose. Through a progressive structure, athletes learn how to safely deliver and absorb contact, read the play under pressure, and win space in tight areas. By combining contact mechanics with game-rep scenarios, players develop the physical play skill set, confidence, and hockey IQ needed to raise their compete level and win more battles across all zones.
