The camp offers a structured two-hour daily regimen that progresses from basic techniques to complex game scenarios, enhancing player confidence and Hockey IQ. The first hour focuses on refining skills, while the second hour involves mini-games and drills where players apply what they’ve learned under game-like pressure.

Forming the Complete Skill Set:
First Hour
Master Stickhandling Through Total Skill Integration

Each day, the ice is divided into four zones, where players work in small groups. Each zone is dedicated to a specific aspect of stickhandling, allowing for targeted practice that sharpens specific abilities.

Foundational Skills
Zone 1. Focus on core stickhandling techniques including forehand, backhand, and toe drags.

Passing Integration
Zone 2. Wrist shots, slap shots, and one-timers, all combined with stickhandling maneuvers and goalie dangles.

Shooting Integration
Zone 3. Wrist shots, slap shots, and one-timers, all combined with stickhandling maneuvers and goalie dangles.

Fakes and Dekes (+Skating)
Zone 4. Master advanced stickhandling moves like deking, dangles, and fakes, with an emphasis on agility and deceptive techniques.
Second Hour
Developing Skills Under Pressure
The second hour is all about applying what players learned — under pressure, in motion, and in game-like situations.Through small-area games, reaction-based drills, and decision-making challenges, players are pushed to execute skills at speed and with intent. This phase builds confidence, timing, and the ability to perform under real-game stress.

Duration: 5 days, 2 hr/daily on ice training ( 10 hours total )

Cost: $750
Small Groups
Number of players: 7 players per instructor in the group
Level: AAA/AA only
Drop-Ins
Drop-in Option – Available 1 week before the camp.
