Offence/Defence Specific Hockey Camp Toronto 2025
EXCEL AT BOTH ENDS OF THE ICE

About Offence/Defence Specific Hockey Camp
Becoming Most Valuable Assets
The main accent of the Offence/Defence Hockey Camp is to develop the most valuable player in modern hockey – a player, who excels at both ends of the ice and plays both defensive and offence-producing.
The camp program was designed to improve defensive and offensive skills and focused on both skills and hockey IQ development.
The Offensive Instincts Hockey Camp is designed for players that want to develop their ability to generate opportunities in the offensive zone and score goals.
This program is extremely comprehensive and includes skating mechanics, puck control, fakes/dekes, shooting mechanics, speed change, small area game-like situations, physical play-style development, and more.
Break Down Defenders
Offence part of the camp is focused on teaching players how to sell the move to direct the defender in the wrong direction to create a small area of power play. We will teach how to shift your opponent using multi-directional movement, upper body fakes, and dangles to take your offensive skills to the next level.
- The camp participants will learn a different variety of deception moves.
- Lateral movements, attacking angles, puck protection, and physical plays when cutting to the net.
Our comprehensive approach to defender breakdowns helps our players create space and time under the pressure and open shooting lane, which leads to more points and assists!

Defense Skills Development
The defensive side focused on the skills and individual tactics players are required to initiate change in puck possession from the enemy team and to play physically:
- Gap control
- Angling
- Body contact and hit delivery
- Proper stick work
- 1-on-1 defensive individual tactics

Increase Goal-Scoring Chances
Exceptionally skills, a broad spectrum of moves, and quick release are must-haves in modern hockey, but all this doesn’t guarantee goals. In terms of a puck crossing the goal line – shooting point, shot type, timing, and game-reading abilities is the difference between a goal and a failed scoring chance.
Players will master quick release, shooting through the screen, tipping, one-timers, hunting for rebound and one-touch plays and openings to increase the scoring probability.
